Where camp is held

Summer camp is at Turtleback Robotics Academy, 6815 Commons Dr, Prince George, VA 23875. The phone is (804) 434-0470. Building hours published for the academy are Mon–Fri 4:00–7:00 PM; Sat and Sun closed. Those hours are not a camp schedule. The camp page names half-day and full-day options and does not print a start or end clock time. Dates vary by season. Confirm what is open before you hold a week.

The three tracks that are actually described

Lego Build Challenge is for ages 6–12. Campers use Lego components to design, build, and test creative robotics builds while practicing teamwork and problem-solving through guided mini-challenges.

Homemade Drone Builder is listed for ages 6–12 and for ages 12+. Campers assemble and test beginner-friendly drones, then practice flight safety, tuning, and mission planning. The site does not name a drone model.

Autonomous Vehicle Challenge is for ages 12+. Campers design the process and logic, use microprocessors, and convert ordinary RC vehicles into smart autonomous vehicles that can follow lanes, avoid obstacles, and complete timed challenge courses.

How age changes the coaching

Ages 6–12 are described as getting structured coaching, checkpoints, and project templates. Recommended tracks for that group are Lego Build Challenge and Homemade Drone Builder. Ages 12+ are described as taking more ownership and presenting their work. Recommended tracks are Autonomous Vehicle Challenge and Homemade Drone Builder.

The camp page says you may choose one focus or combine sessions across the summer. That depends on which sessions are actually offered. This guide does not add weeks, prices, or a packing list. In-person classes at the academy include academy gear. Ask whether the camp week you want uses that same rule.

If you need a different format

After School Robotics is the school-year program for ages 6–12. Online Robotics Lab is the live remote course for ages 8–16. A birthday party is a single visit for up to 14 guests, about 2 to 3 hours, not a camp week. Teen Robotics & Competition Club is the interest list for ages 12+ who want longer projects outside a camp track.

Enrollment for a posted camp session is the Program Catalog and the Parent Portal. If the catalog does not show the week you need, use the contact page and ask. Do not treat this draft as a registration page.
